Modern life has pulled many of us away from our bodies.
We move quickly.
We push through discomfort.
We learn to override the signals that tell us something needs attention.
Over time, tension becomes normal.
Pain becomes something we manage.
And the body’s messages become easier to overlook.
But the body is constantly communicating.
It is an intelligent, adaptive system with a remarkable capacity to respond, recover, and restore balance when given the right conditions.
Pain is often the body’s way of asking for attention - not something to be pushed through or ignored.
At Anaiah Wellness, we take this approach into every treatment.
Our work is both solution-focused and deeply restorative. We aim not only to relieve pain, but to understand what is driving it and create the conditions for meaningful, lasting change.
We take a whole-system approach to treatment.
Rather than working only where symptoms appear, we consider how the body is functioning as a whole - including posture, movement patterns, and the broader context in which tension and dysfunction develop.
We also recognise that the body often holds tension for a reason.
Sometimes this is physical - the result of overuse, injury, or compensation.
At other times, it reflects the way the nervous system responds to stress, protecting and stabilising the body over time.
In our work, we respect both.
Treatments combine precise, targeted techniques with slower, more nurturing work. By allowing the body to feel safe and supported, we invite - rather than force - the release of tension.
Every body is unique, and every treatment is shaped accordingly.
We listen carefully, assess thoughtfully, and respond in real time to what your body needs.
Whether you are seeking relief from pain, improved movement, or simply a space to reset, our intention is to support you in feeling more comfortable, capable, and connected within your body.
Hello and Welcome! I’m Nastassja, owner and principal practitioner at Anaiah Wellness.
I’ve spent the past decade working closely with the human body - supporting people through pain, injury, tension, and the physical effects of stress. Over time, my approach has evolved beyond routine massage into something more thoughtful, precise, and responsive.
Every treatment begins with listening - to you and to your body.
Using a combination of clinical understanding, careful assessment, and attuned touch, I work to identify the true source of tension or pain, not just where it presents. From there, each session is shaped in real time, adapting to what your body needs on the day.
My work is grounded in a deep respect for the body as an intelligent, connected system. I treat pain not as something to simply overcome, but something to gently understand and respond to.
Clients often describe my treatments as both highly skilled and deeply restorative - relieving pain while also helping the body settle, soften, and reset.
I am a lifelong student of the body and continue to deepen my understanding of health - physically, emotionally, and mentally.
This ongoing learning shapes how I approach each session. I don’t see the body in isolation, but as part of a broader system influenced by stress, lifestyle, movement patterns, and life experience.
Sessions are carefully tailored to you - not only to what you’re feeling physically, but to the wider context of what your body may be holding or responding to.
My background includes training in remedial massage and health science, along with ongoing study in psychology, which informs how I approach the nervous system, stress, and the connection between body and mind.
At Anaiah Wellness, my intention is not only to help you feel better, but to help you feel more connected to your body - with a clearer understanding of what it needs and how to support it beyond the treatment room.
If you’re looking for care that is thoughtful, personalised, and grounded in both skill and presence, I would love to support you.
